Cipó-uva Honey (Serjania lethalis- Sapindaceae)
Floral description:Serjania spp. are typical species of the
Brazilian savannah and can be high-climbing or shrubby. The flowers are small, not very attractive and have a
greenish-white color. Its popular name is connected to the general aspect of the plant, shape of the leaves
and the inflorescence that look a little like a grape-vine.
Honey Description:
It is a light amber honey with approximately 45mm on the Goethe scale. The honey is mild with good sweetness,
and a fruity taste. It is hard to crystallize.
